I received my Max 10/15 a few weeks ago and am only now putting it on my lower. Once seated and pinned, I am noticing somewhere between 1-2mm of downward play. This is after adjusting the rear set screws. It's just enough movement to bother me, but wanted to consult the forum to see of there's anything to be done.

I considered placing a piece of neoprene or even a thin piece of delrin under the rearmost portion of the upper to create the equivalent of an "acuwedge" in an AR15.

Thoughts?

I have the same slop.

I was thinking delrin also since i have it and that far back in the rear of the receiver it will handle the heat.

Same deal I've yet to shoot mine.

Least I'm not the only one with a bit of slop and not the only one thinking shims are the answer.

Side to side movement of front of upper may also be a little wonky...looking for/or gonna make thin washers for pin and give a try to eliminating play...

I heard some people cut down shims out of large plastic five start spiral notebooks. A couple of those to take up the play side to side.
