I don't have a good answer for you mattnh. The ones I have I purchased from a guy on Gunbroker, but that was 10-12 years ago and I don't have any info on him. A good google search might turn some up. They do occasionally show up on Gunbroker as do the replica guns.

How many blanks come with it? How easy are the little cartridges to reload and are reloads readily available?

Ten cartridges are included along with a partial box of caps. (75) The cartridges simply unscrew and the caps are inserted into a little brass cup that holds them in place.
