Were can I get some of the Uzi mag pouches like Action Arms sold. They held 3-25rd mags had a velcro closuer and a spring clip on the back. Some had UZI on the front flap. I need up to 10 of them. Thanks

I sold a bunch of the old Action Arms pouches on eBay. If I come across any more, I'll list 'em here.

Since we're talking about tactical gear also...

I don't buy anything made by Blackhawk nowadays. Their quality has dropped tremendously, which I assume is a result of their production being moved to Vietnam and Korea. Yup, you read right, a company owned/started by a former Navy SEAL is having its gear produced in a communist country.

Anyway - Eagle, London Bridge Trading, Special Operations Equipment, and (my favorite) Tactical Tailor all make better quality gear than Blackhawk anyway. Lightfighter sells all of it, and I believe ships orders over $100 for free. If you order anything there, don't forget to give UZI Talk a plug.

I am new to the forum. I shoot IPSC and IDPA, but I really enjoy my 2 FA Vector UZI's. This site has been very informative.

I saw a subgun steel match on American Shooter. It looked silly. The guns were on FA, but were shot in semi in order to eliminate reloads and improve accuracy, thus saving time for a better score. The shooters shot from behind a line. No "run and gun" like I would have thought. Oops, I guess that wa IPSC talking.

Our matches sometimes require a specified number of hits on IPSC type targets. The poppers, bolwing pins, and clays usually only need one hit so anything more usually means an extra reload. Guns MUST be set to full auto although weapons with a burst mode are permitted to use that setting. I'm always impressed at the trigger control some of the better shooters exhibit. You'd swear they have the selector on semi!
