Mag loading problems

When loading mags, sometimes they bind up / or stop at about 25 rds with no spring pressure. Then reloading them , they work fine.
I am assuming the follower is cocking in mag body. Does anyone know cure ?

I would suspect these possibilities:

1. You are loading reloads and they are too long and are dragging in the magazine.

2. The mag body is either dirty inside or has a dent that binds the follower as it gets wedged onto the dent.

3. You have a spring that is binding in the body.
