Mac 11 with a 200 round mag

I was at a local surplus store today.
The kid behind the counter 15 or 16 years old was talking to some Army reserve guys as I walked in.
He was real loud and the whole store could hear him.

He starts talking about this M11 he was shooting with his dad. It had a 200 round mag :lol then went on to say it had a silencer and you could not hear any sound at all and was firing 200 round bursts.:lol

I looked over at the reserve guys as they edged toward the door one of them turned toward the other so the kid could not see his face and rolled his eyes. :rolleyes

Next time I am over there I will see if they have any pictures... :lol :lol :lol

ahhhh...come on bro, we ALL did sht like that as younguns. Our bullsht just gets better as we gain some gray. Kid probably was just trying to "impress" some cool military guys. He will learn. As a funny side note we had a kid at the range who said kinda the same thing....he said his father had a Tech with "like a 200 rnd mag dude"....we all kinda gave him sht and later that day he brought in his Dads American 180! Kid just did not know what the gun was..lol...we were all impressed with the Tech?AM 180.

There used to be a video over at MAC10.org, had Wayne with an extremely long mag and 1 long burst, kinda cool.

Mac10.org is no more.
