Gauging interest for an aluminum adapter that allows you to use a CZ scorpion stock on the Mac 11/9. Norse Forge sold one years ago, but doesn’t do this anymore. I have another one in my possession now that is a 3-D printed adapter, but it has broken. I was looking at having some of these 3-D printed and get a bunch made as spares, but I‘m exploring making 1 or more in aluminum and have no idea on cost yet or what I would need to charge. I’m not looking to get rich on these and I figured the market is probably less than 20 buyers total anyway?? if these were 50.00 or less, would there be an interest?

I would think it would cost way more than 50 unfortunately. I actually have the original 3d printed prototype from Norse forge.

I have an orig Norse forge CZ and an orig norse forge zuchov stock. This extra one uses a different design.
Can the Norse forge one be duplicated/reverse engineered?

Sign me up for one in aluminum! I recently came across a video on FB with a guy shooting an M11/9 with the scorpion stock and thought it was the best looking thing ever. I contacted Norse Forge on Instagram, asking if he would sell me one, but got blocked.

this will be the CZ stock adapter, not the Zuckov. years ago, NorseForge made a complete adapter, one for the Zhukov, and one for the CZ stock. The one I’m trying to mimic is just a thin 3D printed adapter, that mates a Cz stock and a back plate with forks that would go into the back of a Mac 11/9. I would love to post pictures, but unfortunately I can’t ever get pictures to load on this website as they are too big. I will probably post them on another website and link them here, unless somebody has a better idea.

I am taking the adapter to a machinist and we are initially going to 3-D print a few more of these. I would like to eventually have one made out of aluminum for longevity reasons, but even if the aluminum one doesn’t get made, the 3-D printed version lasted me at least three years before cracking.

page 5, 09/30/24 is a pics of my 3 Mac’s. The top is the Norse forge zuchov, middle is Norse forge CZ stock, lower is a little bit longer/thicker as it has the 3D printed adapter, making it 3 seperate pieces (stock, adapter, backplate with forks).

I have a Norse Forge Zuckov adapter but not the CZ so I would be interested in one if they become available.

Since I can’t post photos here, I put them on AR15.com and a link to that thread. It’s still a work in process and I probably not going to take it any further than 3-D printed pieces as spares.

I saw your printed adapter and that is fantastic! I have a CZ adapter for the ACR/ F5MFG stock and was just gonna cut the tabs off and drill holes to attach it to a lage M10 stock adapter.

Your adapter could eliminate the need to modify the CZ adapter. Plus the stock can be removed and switched easily.
