I'm not yet sure if I will bring these to market. It largely depends on how much of a pain finding a small run CNC shop will be.

I might make a few and auction them to see how much interest there is.

It should be easily doable to adapt it to other models, but I don't have an M11/9 that I can use for development. I'd need a partner who could let me borrow one.

Yeah, that's a transferable m10

Where are you located at? We've got a manufacturing engineering publication - lots of contacts in the industry...happy to help make a connection.

And to add to this - I am not asking for your prints / anything proprietary, just let me know the basics - material, rough dimensions, expected number of features / operations and quantity. It'd be really cool to see this come to fruition!

Sinter 3d print?
Plastic filament with metal in it, that I can print, isn't as dense as billet steel after sintering it.

Plastic filament with tungsten in it is heavy, but isn't nearly strong or hard enough.

A 3d sintering printer shop is probably much harder to find than a CNC shop. Those machines are niche. I don't know much about that type of process.

3d sintering printing shops can do a per piece contract basis but I don't know how strong it would be. PM for details. It is very expensive and would be too much for the body but could potentially be a solution for a testing bolt.
