Through my own stupidity I managed to break the fore grip on my MAX-11 slowfire upper.
Having a local clean up & shoot scheduled for less than 2 weeks from now, I immediately fired off an e-mail to Richard Lage inquiring about a replacement. Richard was real fast with a response and the money order is in the mail today. I should have my new grip by the 28th.
Richard's customer service just flat out rocks. Damn shame more companies out there couldn't act in the same manner.
