My upper would warp again once a few mags went through. Got a stripped side cocker from Masterpiece for $39 + shipping although it was a hassle actually getting it shipped. They’re usually not in stock though. Done in batches.

Wow, that's crazy. You must have gotten that thing pretty hot. Just this fall I let my kids shoot mag after mag out of mine at Knob Creek and it had no warping problems. I'll have to keep an eye on it.

Agree…MK II uppers much nicer than the first gen ones. Sold mine sometime back. Sold my Max-31 MK II to my neighbor when I bought the Max-31 C version.
