Is this a post Ban AA 372 PLEASE HELP ASAP **PICS**

Hey Guys,
I am looking at this Action Arms 372 Serial # AA038XX.

This is what I know:

Serial number is located Vertically on the receiver by the hand guard.
The receiver is milled out under Action Arms LTD.
Comes with the box, white with blue lettering.
Has the bayonet lug
Comes with Bipod
Model 372 (no S)
Galil style flash suppressor
Rifle is 98% or better

I am looking at buying this rifle.

Sounds like an original pre-89 import

The Action Arms milling was done to erase the name of Magnum Research, when AA took over importing

Definitely pre-ban, as it's a transitional model when AA first took over from Magnum Research.
