I just joined this site the other day. I have been a welder for over 25 years now, mostly ride components for theme parks here in Central Florida, but a bunch of other stuff as well. I also turn wrenches on helicopters in the Florida Army National Guard. I have built several HK roller locks (MP5K, MP5 standard, SD, 51, & 91). I really enjoy building them. I also have a Suomi KP44 build in progress, and I just got my first Uzi receiver for an upcoming build! I built a Form 1 .22 suppressor a few years ago, and have a couple more Form 1's pending for another can and two SBR's. I'm definitely not a HK snob...I like all things that go bang (or PFFFT)!

Nice work! How much is involved in the HK builds? I’ve done some press & welding work.. done enough to be better than I was at first! Is that good enough to get it done? Really like the wood furniture btw.. the only way to go!
