This topic is always brought up on subguns.
You need to get a semi recoil buffer and cut it.  If you try to use it without cutting it, the bolt won't go back far enough for the autosear to catch it.  I would say get a couple of the buffers and see how thick you like to run it.  You can either put the buffer between the built in buffer on the recoil spring assemby and the bolt or behind it all for more spring pressure to make it even faster.
You can get the buffers from CDNN for like $5.

If you want a really fast Uzi put the buffer in and then us +P+ ammo. Makes it run like a Mac. I've done this a couple of time but I actually like the way the Uzi shoots with no buffer at all.

What are some of the final length dimensions of the semi buffer that you guys have come up with?

I'm looking to increase my ROF, but don't want it screaming like my M11/9.

P.S.> Just picked up two more Vectors yesterday from my dealer. Paperwork was mailed in mid Sept and came in two days ago.  Not bad considering all the holidays in between. Those two are going in the safe for resale. My only regret is that I didn't max out a 25000 dollar limit credit card and buy 8 more of them when I had the chance.  As they say...you snooze...you lose.
Can't wait to move to Kentucky to buy cans for them.
No cans allowed in MA.
