I have a chance to purchase this Mini Uzi

[Broker]

I have been offered this Mini and need to know what a good offer would be for him. I don't want to lowball him but we can find out very little information with regards to pricing on this gun.

Thank you. Also does anyone know if the barrel shroud is an original UZI shroud?

Doubtful. I don't believe IMI or Action Arms ever offered such a thing.

According to the description the mfg. was IMI, but that site has been notoriously wrong in the past for me.
