How many Stemple tubes are there?

Anybody ever hear any numbers of how many tubes Stemple got out before the cut off?

As of a few years ago, a pile about 2ft high. I bought on of the BRP guns a few years ago, and got a tour from Mr. Stemple (the surviving brother). My memory may be fuzzy, I saw a lot of neat stuff that day.

Huh. you could stack 2 tubes and make it 2ft wide ;-) How wide was said stack?

yea, how timely Ian just did a video on it! He said 2000 to start, about 1000 went to BRP in about 2004, and sound like Burgess has less than 20 left. FYI I called BRP and they said virgin tubes basically don't exist in the wild.

My recollection (fuzzy) is a gun safe, with a pile of tubes in the bottom. This was probably 4-5yrs ago. I did ask "How much for a raw tube", and was told they were not for sale in the raw.
