Hello All:
I bought a 760 semi Auto from a member here and it never worked reliably.
It would fire and the fired case would not leave the gun and the new round would jam.

I finally e mailed Jim Burgess who suggested to make sure the magazine locks in high enough to be just short of the ejector.
I tried a few suomi and swedish K mags until I found ones that fit just under the ejector.

Lo and behold, it functioned 100% with no failures. I like the gun now and have a 16 inch barrel and sub gun barrel for it and
will be selling it soon offering it as a legally registered l SBR if the buyer wants it that way or just a carbine.

But many thanks to Jim Burgess for his input that saved me a lot of time and $$$ !!!

read and download all the stuff on samachine.com about mags, lock-up (about a dime's thickness under the ejector) , and troubleshooting, also the MGN article Sept 1993 "Performance Surgery for the MK760" is good if you can find it. If mags can move forard or backward at lockup do not pull back on mag while firing and DECREASE feed angle.
