HK91 / G3 22lr conversion ?

I recently got a 22lr conversion for an HK91 (G3K clone) that I also recently purchased.
I tested them both out today and they worked great. However, I’ve been spoiled with the lightning grip loader and I seen that black dog machine sells an adapter for the HK91 / G3 22lr conversion; their adapter uses their Uzi 22 mags. After looking at the photos of the BDM Uzi 22 mags, they appear to be really close to BDM/Lage 22 mags (other than: side mag catch and curvature).

Does anyone know if you can use a Lage 22 mags with BDM’s HK91 22 adapter?
I think it might work but I will need to add a side mag catch. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

The Lage .22 mags are not compatible with the BDM’s HK91 adapter. The Lage mag body is too wide.

I’ve used a straw to increase the spring tension in my Lage 22 mags. I’ve cut them to about 3/8ths of an inch or so and they’ve helped spring tension. I’ve got probably 30k rounds down range with my lage kits. After awhile, I started getting problems and this mod had helped. People have also printed spacers.

I posted this video awhile ago and it will explain what I did (1:20 Mark).
