Hey guys. I'm looking for a hk91 retractable stock. Finally saw one at a gun shop. Problem is that I don't know if it is real HK or knock offf. Can u tell me or show me what markings I should look for ? THANKS IN ADVANCE

Which type is it? There was a gen 1 and a gen 2.
Gen 1 has a nearly smooth (a few shallow ribs in the middle) concave end while the gen 2 has a convex meat tenderizer.
Otherwise identical. No significant markings to speak of, perhaps a number on the bottom of the recoil assembly.
I don't know of anyone that's ever cloned one or even wanted to for that matter.
They're not a very fun stock to shoot.

Have you fired a HK91 with a retractable stock? It is not as much fun as it looks. You might enjoy a full stock much better.

To me, .308 recoil, a Metal stock against my face just don't do well together.

Agreed, cool looking but not for extended range time. Stuck with one for my SBR 93 because it just makes it cooler to look at. ;)
