In case anyone has been searching as long as I had been, I finally found a Blackhawk Serpa holster that fits the HK USP 45 "Tactical" with the taller sights. No mods have to be done, and it fits it like it is suppose to. Buy the Serpa holster for the HK P30 and your good to go! That simple. 38$ comes with belt and paddle attachments. I've used one on my G19 for 10 years now. Awesome holster.
