The stock is well made, but it is long. It is designed to swing under the gun and has to clear the mag' housing. It will not clear it with a mag' installed.

They have been out of production for many years. Made by ARES, if I recall correctly. I paid $220 for mine at KCR, but I wanted it real bad.

I made somthing similar a few years ago. If I can remember when I get home, I can throw one in the car. Ours could fold over with a mag in place
