Galil Pistol Prototype

This receiver is the brain child of Jeff Miller. Receiver machined and derived from none other than TortTort and of course a prototype. Lightening cuts by Jeff Miller.

The rest was done by me and as this thread goes you will see more I promise. This is just my build to get things started.

Mine is called the Hadar 556 pistol

Why Hadar? I got the Idea because of the Hadar sight system Im using.

Barrel is a 1-7 cut down.

Sights are Hadar type

Front Muzzle is a custom made as well as a reworked handguard...

Carrier is a cut Upturn conversion I did

Trigger Group SAR Galil

Gas Tube is a Custom Copy of Micro

Hand guard is a reworked Draco

Forward fire unit is a one off made

Sling I got from Israeli-Weapons.com

Etching was done by me

Rear Stabilizer knuckle and brace are from IWI

Yea, I know Jeff's stock, is 1 1/2" shorter than the standard IMI stock, which is, to me, excellent for the application.
Is yours the same length?
Are they the same receivers?

Idea and machine work by Jeff Miller and TortTort. Very genius and inventive.

It was a pleasure and honor to build this. I wish every build was this this satisfying.

With that said, there is still another build out there to show up on this post.....I also am wanting to see more of the ARM build. I posted what I had but am sure there is more/

I haven't spoke to Jeff (Hillbilly Firearms) or Ben (torttort) about any plans. I would think as awesome as these 3 came out that to not have more in the future would be a shame.

With the question posed Id like to know myself.

well, I plan on doing a run of the square ones and a round front end version so you can use either a regular or MAR kit.
just depends on what you have/want.
both would ship as pistol recs.
