Galil mag question

Came across a couple mags and will not fit 332 reciever.
Front portion of mags are squared off. Not rounded. Marked IMI

Any info on these.
Can they be filed down. Material seems pretty thin

They are in fact ACE mags, has anyone ever converted them.

They are IWI. I have learned this from another thread from this site. I was thinking of shaving the sides off front as there is not alot of material to round it out.

Not sure how that will work out and was hoping someone here might have some advice.

You bought 7.62 ACE magazines, not Galil ones.

They are not interchangeable. Feed angle is slightly wrong, and the front lug dimensions are different.

If they are marked IWI, they will not fit a Galil

The good news, however, is that Galil magazines are readily available. Stock up.
