Form 4 turnaround time?

Paperwork received by ATFE in Atlanta 04-06-2009. Mailed back from Martinsburg 07-02-2009. Received by my dealer 07-6-2009. I picked up my NIB Group HR4332 07-11-2009!:banana

Now if the paperwork on the can that was submitted at the same time would just come back...

Just passed the five month mark for forms sent to Atlanta. The one to WVA only took three months.

Got my paperwork for my mac, still waiting on the uzi can. Is that unusual?The paperwork for the uzi supprressor went in over a month before the mac paperwork.

My last suppressor was 5 months +

Granted it was a form 1, but to me is beside the point.

The paperwork for the M10/9 went in 3 months later, and it was assigned to an examiner within 5 weeks of them getting it.

In other words, my machine gun was pending already before the suppressor was even approved.

I dont' pretend to know why, but from my VERY limited experience, sounds a lot like your situation also.

That's from a fellow Kentuckian also. I'm on the opposite side of where you're sitting.

my tommy arrived here in nevada and got the final stamp sent off to ATF on the 3rd, Started this whole thing on jan 12th. Here goes the next 6 months wait time...

How do you get the status of a Form 1 or 4?
