a form member brought this to my attention and i thought id post it for all to see. Has anyone else seen or heard of this or it is just 2 lucky guys?

it would make sense as i know several people with 5-10 form 4's in NFA Jail. Bulk processing would save the atf $.

Capitol Armory posted on their Instagram they have received multiple bulk approvals from customers. I can only hope it becomes standard.

I had a customer that was at 15 months he had another that was at 6 months. I called to check on the 15 month form 4 and mentioned the other paperwork he had. The examiner combined both and approved both within a week of the call. I was told they like to combine them when possible to save time. A few weeks went by a second customer received an approval that had multiple form 4s in the system. I called to have them combined it was the exact same examiner as before I was told by her she couldn’t combine the background this time since they were submitted so far apart. Me confused said thank you and that was that. It looks like this would save a lot of rework but I am confused by it was good once but not the next one.

I have seen this happen a couple of times. No rhyme to reason!

The ATF must have used the FBI approval on the first set of fingerprints on all of them, thus not needing to wait for print approval on forms 2-9
