I think two 25 round mag won't be too long and make a good 45rd mag.
Also, if it doesn't work two 32 rounders aren't damaged.
The Uzi drums are expensive.

Hi All,

FWIW, I've been running mag extensions for awhile. Using 32 round mags. With brass case ammo with +13 extensions: things run just fine with the factory 32 round springs. For max reliability, +13 round extensions are about the limit but I've run +15's.

What is fun is putting a +15 extension on a 25 round mag and use a 32 round spring. I had a source of 32 round springs in the past so this was a fun mod to the mags.

Friends have indicated that steel cased ammo doesn't do well with extended mags.

This will give some idea of what can be done with factory springs.

Enjoy,

K2

This a 32rd and a 25rd welded together the spring inside is tack welded. It runs 100% never had a failure so it is possible to do it. it’s a blast to shoot in my full auto.
