Saxon, I appreciate your support and thank you for trying to get me to the point of using my Eagle Arms semi as was intended. I have some business stuff going on that needs my intense effort so I need to let this problem take a slightly further back burner. I appreciate your help and would like to get to know you better. Thank You

Sounds like a classic case of misfit or worn internals. If your bolt runs fine manually but fails during live fire, double-check spring tension, bolt travel, and rail friction. A reshaped or damaged disconnector could be part of it, but weak return or binding could also cause jams. Matching your disconnector to Saxon’s pics is a solid move—just make sure the rest of your FCG hasn’t been messed with too. Parts are scarce, but some here might have spares or measurements.
