Sounds like a classic case of misfit or worn internals. If your bolt runs fine manually but fails during live fire, double-check spring tension, bolt travel, and rail friction. A reshaped or damaged disconnector could be part of it, but weak return or binding could also cause jams. Matching your disconnector to Saxon’s pics is a solid move—just make sure the rest of your FCG hasn’t been messed with too. Parts are scarce, but some here might have spares or measurements.
