DJ Getz SBR question

Hi guys,
Forgive me for my lack of knowledge. I want to SBR my DJ Getz 9mm hk clone via ATF form 1 online. When they ask for overall length is this before the addition of a stock or with the stock?

Hi Kevin,

They want to know the overall length with the stock on the gun in the open position. Some states measure with the stock collapsed.

I have a SBR Getz 89 clone with perm. attached 3 lug, overall length on my Form 1 is 27.5 with the Choate side folder.
