Demand for a AC556/Mini-14 GB thread adapter???

Would there be much demand for a thread adapter for the AC556/Mini-14 GB to go from 9/16-24 to 1/2-28 threads? I work in a machine shop, and we made a couple prototypes yesterday. I know TROS USA makes some, and they sell for $60. We would probably be selling them for $45 shipped. Let me know your opinions. Thanks.

Here's some pics. Sorry for the quality of the pics, cell phone camera. The finish product will be turned on the OD and not raw stock. Also, they will be black oxided.

Curious. Are you tightening on the end face of the barrel or the shoulder?
Just wondering which surface you are using to square things up.

Since there is no shoulder on the back side of the threads on the AC556, we used the end of the barrel. I believe this is how the factory flash hider locks.
