Credit card payments through our website www.max-11.com are temporarily suspended.

We are trying reestablish being able to take credit card payment over the phone. A hacker used our site to make micro deposits into our account to test stolen credit card numbers. Our credit card processor shut down our account. Jackie has had to refund the deposits back into over 400 accounts. None were our customers credit cards.

To prevent this from happening in the future, we are going to have to completely redesign our website.

Please bear with us, it’s going to be a lot of work.

That's a good idea. Unfortunately, Jackie is super efficient and took care of it that morning.

IMHO, you pay the CC processor, make them work for it.
