Could my wife cock a MPA mini side charger, or is it pretty stiff?

I am looking at a masterpiece arms 9mm mini side cocker. I want something my wife could charge. She is pretty tiny (about 5'-2") and cannot cock my kel tec P-11, but it is pretty stiff. Can anyone provide feedback on how stiff the charging handle is on the MPA side cocker mini? Figured if she could charge it, I could put a nice red dot on it. Would be easy for her to aquire a target. I know most of them are heavy, but the mini is a lot lighter, and would not have much muzzle lift for her.
