CAVIM .308 ammunition

I went to the gun show today and got some CAVIM .308 ammunition, from 1991. I just did some net research and I see mixed reviews. Either people like it or hate it, not a lot in between.

I paid 31 cents a round, good or bad deal? And is this fine to shoot in a FAL?

That'd be $310 / 1000.

As long as 1 out of every 2 rounds fire, and it doesn't kB, you got a good deal.

I had 500 or so rounds I shot through a G3 and FAL with no problems. Just my experience with a few rounds, but I'd buy it at that price.

It's good ammo, I've shot many cases of it. Brass is a bit soft but does reload ok.

Although I bought when it was $137/1000 some years back, you did well at that price. If I could find more at $310/1000, I'd buy all they had.

me too , I have shot tons of cavim and it was all very good ammo
