With barrels as scarce as hen's teeth, I ended up making one.
Got a length of CrMoly 9mm 1:10 twist barrel blank from Preferred and turned my own.
It took about a day of .020" per pass cuts to go from 1.25" blank down to the final profile but here it is.
No doubt it would have been faster with a larger lathe and flood coolant but this way the heat didn't get anywhere near messing the the metallurgy.
I'll cut in the chamber and set the head space next.
No, it doesn't follow the dimensioned drwg but it's the profile I wanted; a little beefier and 1/4" longer at the muzzle end.
This is the last of the metal work; next comes Parkerizizing and assembly.

Update-- Got the chamber reamed and the 100 degree feed throat cut in. Barrel is now officially done.
