...and don't forget, the buyers pay 18.5% premium if not bidding in person. Aaaaannndddd the seller is paying a fee as well. RIA gets near 30% in fees on whatever the bid price is.

I can't believe anyone paid that for "Han Solo's Blaster". Did anyone read the history of it? They basically found some of the parts from the original, found a C96 that at one time had the bbl shortened to the proper length and had some marks on it suggesting some parts had ben added at one time, and assumed it was one of the Star Wars guns. They then mounted the original parts, mainly the scope and mount, stuck on a muzzle device they had in their spare parts bin and didn't bother to put any of the other bits on it. It would seem the other 2 C96s (possibly all 3) were turned in to Her Majesty's Government for destruction in the 1990s.
