Anyone building a .308 Galil

I can't remember for the life of me where I read this but someone did an in depth review of the ORF receivers and the potential problems that would be encountered during a build. Timing of the barrels was brought up and I think it was mentioned that they could be timed using shims- like they do on FAL builds? The guy who wrote this review is a well known builder but I just can't think of who or what site it was. Maybe someone else knows what I'm talking about and can point you in the right direction to find it.
