Greetings all.
Have a BWE top cover with pic rail welded to it. The rail protrudes slightly over the ejection port.
I am familar with adjusting the SMG top cover without a rail...but it appears the rail is in the way.
Gap is approximately .022" in the rear and .016" in the front.
Trying using drift to tap the area around the rail...but I am unable to change it much (rail protrudes of the area).
Any recommendation?
Currently placing top cover between two piece of wood..and using hammer on a drift punch...and plastic paintless car dent removal tool.
Thanks!
