AC556F and Archangel Sparta

My first time on this forum and I've had a Ruger 556 for longtime haven't used it much because you really can't put any Optic. I see that you successfully put a Ruger 556 in the stock my one question is where the rail is bolted into the stock are those tabs in the back of the receiver and not beside it
