45 ACP conversion issue

I've recently converted my Model A 9mm to 45 ACP....just because I could!

Anyway, it is killing the brass. It appears that the case is getting caught as the bolt comes forward and catching it on the frame of the gun. (New scratches there)

These were pretty hot hand loads of 230 gr. RNL. I thought that maybe they were too hot and cycling the bolt too fast so I treys some WWB factory ammo. It had the same issue although he dings weren't quite so bad.

Any help from you all would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Normal..

I made a tool from piece of old TOYOTA axle shaft to roll the dent out when inserted into case mouth so I load the cases again..
