I got a NOS wood stock for my MK-V from Paul at PS Arms. He had them listed, so he had a few, but that was 2014. Might be worth contacting him even if they aren't still listed.

How's the quality on the new one? I read some negative reviews, about them just scanning TGOD and the pics being lesser quality.

I use 40mm cannon rounds from reloadableshells.com. My standard load is a combo of 34x #4 pellets with 16x single 0 pellets (just 'cus it fits and gives me 50 pellets per shot). Got chalk rounds too (but they are getting pricey) and 12g adapters. Reloadable shells has some other cool rounds...

Both of my DLO tubes were $5200. Add in a parts kit (about $400), tax stamps, and the build cost, and IIRC my Andrewski MK-IV came in under $7K, and the MK-V about $9K.

Those kits look like Striker 12s to me. They tend to be more then the SS, but that's still a lot, considering you can get a complete working SS for less if you shop around and are patient IMHO.

M-79 or M-203. I went M-203, and while HE rounds aren't an option, there are plenty of adapters (12g, 26.5mm (smoke & flare), 22LR bee-hive, 4x.410 hornets nest, etc) and reloadable/load-your-own. Practice chalk rds are $6 and up, but reloadable are cheaper to fire (aside from initial purchase)...

I like 'em all, but my favorites are my Sterlings (MK-IV and MK-V).
