If you were able to see the owner's paperwork, and the serial number matched the number on the bolt, how would the bolt be illegal?

What do we need to furnish in order to have a full auto Katsar? A registered FA mini bolt? If so, can the Katsar receiver be built around the registered bolt without any alteration to the bolt?

My understanding is that the receiver is the registered part. Therefore, the name of your trust with city and state must be engraved on the receiver. I put my engraving on the underside of the receiver where the stock folds up.

I would suggest getting a new recoil spring. That made a huge difference with my Uzi.
