two different disconnectors both work fine sear and the shelf the disconnector catch's when putting upper on lower bolt must be all the way forward, also getting pictures of all your internals would help to isolate what it might be as your disconnector even if warn to much should not cause...

what they look like trigger spring connects to sear spring how they look when you put it back together line up the upper and lower like so.... if you don't the sear can trip and release the catch and cause your single fire after assembly try to function test to make...

can you take pictures of the Sear spring (the long one that foes under the bolt catch as you call it) or an over all of your fire control group and i will compare it to mine

do you have both springs? basically the same gun, the coil spring can be found at your local hardware store but cant remember the length and size right now

piece of channel to adapt the 45 upper and then an extended sear catch from the 45 bolt to the M11A1 sear

MPA is no longer producing the classic Brick MAC any more just their newer version mac that to me is a waist of time and effort, and yes once folded the mac plate becomes a title 1 , no weld or nothing just folding it makes it so, side note the early MPA macs only had a rod tacked in place...

the tec and AP9 with double tap if you hold the sear down and that's it, the FP spring and recoil springs don't have enough ooomph after that
