Pick up a cheap barrel extension so they have something to hold on to, and start with maybe 3-4 rounds and assess from there.

They also recently released some really cool threaded Sten barrels. I picked one up the day they came out. Works great.

Given the gun is from the 50s, you may be overthinking this.

I don't follow why you'd sell off the barrel and bolt that belonged to the gun? Did you accuracy test that original barrel? I've had better luck accuracy testing open-bolt gun while standing vs. trying to rest them and deal with the "jump."

I have had great luck with Precision Delta, Xtreme, Berrys 147 RN.

The big difference comes into play with 147gr subsonic. It's often obscenely expensive off the shelf.

Something about the UZI & MK9K/Phoenix is just unusually quiet. My vote will always be for short/fat suppressors on this platform.
