I did a review on Bowmans kit at the Akfiles.....If your into rewelding then the stub is GTG. Make sure you use a Tortort receiver if you dont want a hassle. He makes them as near Factory IMI Ive ever seen. :)

I go tortort but have built numerous CNC w as well as all the others. Id add that on one of the CNC-W 556 receiver the scope dovetail cut was a bit off needing realignment that wasnt real easy to do. A few had mis drilled BG holes (Not a big deal)...All of the CNC had spot on heat treating. Rear...

From the look of the stock knuckle, safety, mag release and axis pins I think they screwed up and did a mirror image.
