OK, I put some photos of the extractor installation, the new improved bolt lock up ( swapped recoil springs), recoil spring length, dings on the rear of the bolt and a burr on the barrel. The other photos are just of the gun when I bought it...

at step #4 My problem seems to be that when assembled the extractor hits above the extractor grooves. Step # 3 however is performed without a hitch. I have not yet cut a spring down, could that be the issue? Nor did I check to see if it was straight yet. When you install the .22 extractor...

LOL Well ATF left a voicemail while I was getting my twice weekly TSA pat down. They want the OAL to be 26 (stock extended per ATF), and the model number corrected. Both the seller and I are calling to see if he can draw a line through the incorrect information, write the correct information...

Yep the dealer that sold the gun originally filled out the form on behalf of the seller.

Spoke with ATF today and they apparently found problems with the Form 4. I was told the problems are with the model number and the overall length but have not confirmed that with the person with whom I had to leave a voice mail. Looking at my Form 4 the model number was entered (by the dealer)...
