Well, I got the restrictor ring milled out. I still can't get my grip on. I thought it was the restrictor ring holding it up, but it doesn't look like it was. I can't really tell where it's binding. Which way do the sear slots usually need opened up?

Figured the restrictor ring would have to be removed as well.

I know the guys at Tippmann well and have some firsthand experience with this gun. They run well and are a neat novelty gun, not sure that I would buy one, but not due to quality concerns.

That is a possibility, but with mine I have yet to have a mag that didn't run.

I've got a Sten converted M11/9. I bought it that way back in 2003. At the time I felt it was a good idea as mags were cheap. I've got a pretty good pile of mags, so no worries about future availability. I don't feel the need to switch back to standard magwell.

SWR Trident 9 with 3 lug mount on my Max-11.

I prefer an extra 2 or 3 buffers in my Max-11 upper. Can't offer anything on the Max-31 upper.

Gun started choking frequently. Started with the extractor. Ejector got bent prying multiple stuck cases out.

I've put around 10k through my M11/9. Replaced extractor and ejector rod around the 4k-5k mark, new buffers every so often.

Mine is Sten converted and works great. I kinda like it, I can get cheap mags and mod them if I wish. I also won't feel as bad about drilling this one for the Lage Max 11/15.
