I had Vector put in the Semiauto feed ramp when I got it, years ago. For me it was to shoot the Swedish Practice ammo reliably and a few other ammos that I came across that were not RN. Not sure who can do it now.

Haven't tried one in the Uzi yet, but have a couple for the AR-9mm that work very well.

Where did you find it for that price? Dave

I've put a bunch down range with the suppressor and it is scary quiet. As someone said, PPU makes a similar subsonic and it is pretty quiet.
