No they are cardboard rolls that are inside rolls of shrinkwrap. We just set them out on the ground to shoot.

As of right now i have 3 lee presses. 2 of them are loadmasters and the last one is just the lee 4 hole turret press. I know they arent the best or most expensive presses out there but they seem to work fine for all my other reloading. I also cast my lead bullets to save some money
