That is, in my opinion, extremely high. I have seen those combos go for $1200 - $1500. They will bring a little more than just a 9mm pistol alone, because of the extra caliber conversion (but not that much more). The guy even tells you it was shot, so it is not "new".

Interesting. Maybe they stopped even putting them in there. If something is wrong with it that is not due to neglect, I do not think they are picky on date of transfer details. Looks like this:

It pretty much amounts to a piece of paper that says you have a one year warranty from the transfer date; nothing to fill out. I have no idea if they have ever even asked anyone to prove their transfer date.

Just a thought here, but how much different would the tooling be to make both full size and mini bolts? Considering the drying up of the full size .45, maybe you could make full and mini open bolts and get plenty of interest?

That is interesting. I did not run into the problem of the spring becoming too tight on the Mini, even with the difference in the length. You could shorten a full size SMG spring I suppose. That is all Vector does to make their Mini springs. You would just have to flare out the newly shortened...

Does it still function properly? You may not need to drill it, as long as the bolt still moves in the receiver like it should. Basically, you will just have a recoil spring that is more tightly compressed because of the fact that the recoil spring is pushed back a little further, which may make...

Don't they have that obscure law in CT where one cannot own select fire? (ie, you have to buy it full-auto only). If that is the case, you may want to look into how easily you can make a gun into full auto only. With the UZI you could probably get a spare lower and have it modified to work that...

I had a barrel alignment issue on mine, and sent it back to Vector. I was told they were going to "remanufacture" it, which probably meant they rewelded the trunion. My barrel was beat up worse than that one from where the bolt hit it. Was your gun a Vector gun? If you sent it back, I would...
