I have plenty of new prod mags ..so if I get into comp shooting prob use them .. but wanted bto try the best And the tec mags I have used have been crap so I'm looking forward bto mags that work for that

I have always heard they the org mp9 marked mags are the gold standard for old school mac 9mm and even the kg9 . They seem to be really hard to find . So I found a seller with org uncut mp9 marked and mac marked mags and ones cut for the kg9.. he is wanting a fair ammon a mag So my question...

With ammo that old I would def want to double check for issues before shooting too much ie corrsive primmer . And def dont shoot it in a handgun that old stuff or any of the sub gun stuff is way way too much for most ... Def shoot in a sturdy SMG or the like only..

Again a lot of this is political more then practical I think As other said the USA was pretty much given away M16 back then to any friendly or semi friendly country who ask for them .. I agree 1980 the FNC would be a better choice but look at what countries adopted the M16 verus the FNC...

I would check GB they do pop up there now and then but you will pay out the nouse for them were I have found some ..And there are on HK pro .com also but they go fast there . Prob the rarest HK mag clamps I have found in the US mp5 and hk33 are easy

If you want a modern show that uses a FNC ..The netflix mini series Into the night its in French and Belgian and the main guy steals a FNC from a Nato tropper in Belgium and uses it for the whole show ..I was pretty shocked the see a FNC rifle in it as you dont see them too much anymore in US...

There is good mags for them ..Just a lot of money ..The org mags were modded German mags I think MP9 marked or the like and worked very well but not cheep And yes someone needs to make current non junk mags for them .One of the biggest issues for sure is the mags
